Selene would like to congratulate the Dutton Family on their successful Atlantic Ocean 'double-crossing' (From North America to Europe AND BACK) aboard Selene 53 'Next Chapter.' If the crossing isn’t impressive enough of a feat on its own, Chris and Shawna Dutton made the 3-year voyage with two small children in tow (now aged 10 and 4 years old). What an amazing experience for everyone involved!

Starting on America’s West Coast, the family slowly worked their way down Central America and the Sea of Cortez, through the Panama Canal, up the Eastern Seaboard, and across the North Atlantic 'Viking Route' to Europe. Returning, they headed west from Spain, passing the Azores Islands on their way back to Bermuda and eventually Annapolis, Maryland. Welcome home, and thanks for being such an inspiration to the Selene community!

We’ll have a video interview with the Duttons and a lot more information on their adventure soon, so stay tuned to this Newsletter and the Selene Yachts Americas YouTube channel.
