Sales & Service

From the first specification meeting to the tenth season of ownership — handled in Europe, by people who know these boats.

01 — Sales

Specifying the right boat

No two Selene owners cruise the same way, so no two boats leave the yard the same. We start with where you want to go, how long you want to stay, and who is aboard — then work backwards to hull configuration, engine choice, layout, galley position, tankage, joinery and systems.

You get an honest read on which model fits, including the times when the answer is the smaller one. We handle the contract with the yard, the payment schedule, and the build slot.

  • Model & layout consultation
  • Full specification build-up
  • Indicative and firm pricing
  • Yard contract & build slot
  • Trade-in and brokerage
  • Finance introductions

02 — Service

Keeping her running

Scheduled servicing, warranty work, systems troubleshooting and season preparation, carried out by our own technicians and a network of partners around the European coast. Where it is faster to talk it through, we will take the call — a great deal gets solved over the phone.

  • Warranty administration
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Engine & generator service
  • Electrical & electronics
  • Stabiliser & hydraulics
  • Winterisation & launch

03 — Parts & refit

Parts, upgrades and refit

Genuine yard parts and consumables, plus the equipment brands we have supported for decades — navigation and communications, power systems, stabilisation, trim and marine electrics. If the upgrade you want is not on the list, ask; sourcing is what we do.

Larger refit projects — repowers, electronics replacements, interior reworks — are scoped, quoted and project-managed by us from start to handover.

04 — Delivery

Delivery & commissioning

The stretch between “finished at the yard” and “yours in your home port” is where a dealer earns their keep. We do not hand that to a shipping agent and hope.

I

Yard inspection

Pre-shipment inspection and snag list agreed with the yard before the boat leaves.

II

Transport & launch

Shipping, customs, VAT, launch and rig-out coordinated into one schedule you can plan around.

III

Trials & handover

Sea trials, systems commissioning and a full familiarisation handover — as many days as it takes.
